Order for recovery of unpaid penalty charge notice

Hi everyone, someone in my building has been putting all my 'do not ignore, this is not a circular' letters in the junk mail box. I cleared it out on the weekend and found two 'order for recovery of unpaid penalty charge notice' letters and one more PCN, all pertaining to the same bit of road that I wasn't aware I couldn't drive in. I know now, of course - and wouldn't have kept driving in that part if I thought I wasn't allowed.
I am not sure what the orders are - as it asks me to sign them in the presence of a solicitor, but I don't have the original 2 x PCNs (they weren't in the junk pile). Can someone please advise?

Who are the penalty notices and PCNs from?

They are from The Traffic Enforcement Centre at Northampton County Court? The PCNs are from Bristol City Council0

OK - you're not on the most appropriate forum for council tickets. As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there but please note that a Hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
