I won't be able to apply this year has they have stripped PIP out of the criteria to claim which it never should have being removed as many on PIP feel the cold more than those on UC who are able to claim the WHD.

Pip isn’t means tested, many pip will
still be able to claim if they fulfill other criteria, which is fair enough but perhaps it should be pip if earning under a certain amount. You could in theory be a billionaire and claim pip.
