I am a dentist @SirMSE - but this is an anonymous forum where I don't have to give any proof of that whatsoever. So I frequently tell people not to take that as gospel. I could even be a 14 yr old who just googles dental stuff! That's why I never answer specific questions on treatment, or give anything other than general advice. It's simply not possible if I've not seen the actual mouth involved, and know the person it belongs to.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.4 -

I will think about it.
Which brand do you use/suggest?0 -
Toothsmith said:Only a very little is needed. For kids, just a smear on the bristles.
Is 15 seconds of brushing per each quarter sufficient (using the Dr Barman brush)?
Thank you @Toothsmith and @theoretica0 -

I personally use and like the Kingfisher (pepper)mint with fluoride - but that is simply a personal flavour preference. Do be aware that many of the Kingfisher varieties don't have fluoride.

Ora nurse is an unflavoured , non foaming toothpaste and very good for those who are sensitive to strong flavours etc. and often recommend for autistic patients
Again another recommendation for triple headed toothbrushes. Work very well for those who tolerate tooth brushing for a short time https://www.dentocare.co.uk/dr-barman-s-superbrush-toothbrush.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwyryUBhBSEiwAGN5OCM1ntO9nstuPGcA7HYg9_bIW6yQYipc4b4U2ORt9rAxdAaEJhorGQhoCDKAQAvD_BwE
