Air fryer microwave - Just marketing?

I have one of those and it’s excellent. It’s not an air fryer though. 

I use my ninja multi cooker more than it now though.

By 'combi' I mean a proper fan oven, separate grill, and microwave, ideally with some USEFUL preset programs such as jacket pots ...

The Sharp I mentioned is a beast, and will easily cater for couples and even families.

I already have a Thermomix which does most things for me. I've already also got a very old Panasonic Dimension 4 microwave too.

Aside from the steaming function, I take it that the air fryer is basically served by the convection oven feature? 

I am not seeing the airfrier function in the oven you have posted?   

Was looking for something similar was I have an airfrier (it’s the best kitchen gadget I have ever bought) and I settled for this

instead. I can not say if it will any good  as I am waiting for it to be delivered. I will personally not not use the steam function much so would not find that useful in the oven you have mentioned. I know the air frying function works a treat so I chose microwave with that. Most products are just hyped these days.
