Any Way To Unlock Android Without Factory Reset And For Free

I own Samsung S22 and my 10 year son has changed the screen lock and now he forgot the screen lock code.
I am looking to unlock screen lock as my device has lots of important data.
After doing a little search I found this - https://www.recover-android-data.com/unlock-android-phone-without-factory-reset
I have followed Method 1 but it didn't work.
I have not enabled the ADM, so Method 4 is not for me.
I don't know about Backup PIN.
But the post have mentioned about Android Unlock (and particularly for Samsung Phone) but that is paid. And I am looking for a free solution.
Is there any? Please Help.

Have you logged into your Google account using a different device? Surely, you’ll find much of your Android data backed up there?
So, even if you had to factory reset the phone you can get all the important stuff back.

Have you tried logging onto your son's Samsung account and trying o unlock it from there?
