Removing cat urine from concrete

Hello,
My concrete back garden is a haven for all the neighbourhood cats. They seem to enjoy weeing there A LOT. So, I tried everything to clean it but they keep coming back and by now it is of course soaked into the concrete.
Before I spend a lot of money on those enzyme-active cleaning products, I was wondering if cheaper bio washing powder would do the same job? Like, mix a lot of powder into hot water, cover the area and leave it to soak, then rinse it off again?
I want to then apply concrete sealant over the top so that the next time they pee, it won't soak into the floor. Any suggestions on what I could use for that and does the concrete need any special treatment before applying the sealant/paint?
THanks.

Are you sure it's cats? Most cats will seek out a soft spot to dig in and have a pee, and then cover it up.Have you been using bleach? My cat, and previous cats, loved the smell of bleach and chlorine. It's like a perfume to them!Make £2026 in 2026
