who is the landowner of planet ice leeds?

Hi, I have recently received a letter from premier park ltd at planet ice rink in Leeds. I want to contact the landowner of the site as I believe the charge is not justified so would like them to retract it. I have tried an extensive search but cannot find who owns the site. Does anyone have any contact details from past experience? TIA.
