Leaky tap?

I’ve called it leaky tap, it’s the bathroom basin, it’s odd really. It doesn’t drip all the time, sometimes it’s perfectly normal, sometimes it trickles the cold water (it’s a mixer tap). Is it likely to be a washer?
I’m hoping so as the taps match the bath taps, so if it was a tap problem I’d have to change both.

If it's more than quarter turn then it's not a ceramic valve.If it's not ceramic, then it's a washer.0
