Box junction penalty charge - Any grounds to appeal?

Hi everyone,
I've browsed the forum but couldn't find a very similar situation so thought I'd ask.
I've just received a PCN for "31J - Entering and stopping in a box junction when prohibited (Camera Enforcement)". I've added the video below.
While I agree I was a bit too optimistic following the car ahead, they were not at a full stop when I engaged, left >1m between them & the car ahead and less than half of my car was in the box junction - is it worth appealing, is there anything I can do/say to argument I had reasonable doubt I would be over the box junction when I engaged? Or should I just suck it up and fork out the 65 quids before the end of the 14 days?
The video is here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_BqlGHIlmHjl6pCYPCweDB59tXSs8fe8/view?usp=sharing (not sure if there's a better way to upload it, let me know!)
This is in Addiscombe Road, Croydon Near Altyre Road if relevant and appened on 15/05.
Thanks for any advice!

I've browsed the forum but couldn't find a very similar situation so thought I'd ask.Largely because we don't deal with box junction penalties. As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there but please note that a Hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks a lot the help!
I'll have a look there.

At 13s, when you entered the box junction, the exit wasn't clear. So, from that aspect, it's a contravention. Never assume the vehicle in front will clear the junction. Councils outside London are soon going to be able to enforce box junctions using CCTV, so everyone needs to be more careful.
Anyway, Pepipoo may have a suggestion.2
