Worked ok for me first time (I'm not registered with them). Is it this one you used?rdw_06 said:
Thank you for your quick response Umkomaas, I clicked on the link, but it does not allow me to open the file, do I need to register with them to read it?Umkomaas said:
Use the LegalBeagles Forum template linked via the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post. 'Was the RK, vehicle now sold' is sufficient.rdw_06 said:Do we need to address the request as registered keeper or say (was RK?) I am struggling to draft the email request. I think I am having brain freeze. @Trainerman @KeithP?

If it was, then try using a different browser. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thanks both, I'm not sure why the link didn't work, but the one you have added does. I will get it done now. Thanks you 😎Trainerman said:It works !

Hi guys, so we now have the info back from the SAR request. The AoS has been done. I just need to draft the defence. Where do I find the template for this. I have looked on newbies thread ‘new and old’ and can’t seem to find the template for this, either I am going blind or scrolling too fast. Can someone point me in the right direction or drop in a link. Thanks in advance0

It's at the top of the forum in a thread called 'Template Defence'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, we are in the process of sending defence, to email address CCBACQ @ justice.gov.uk. Deadline today 4pm. Does anyone know if QDR have an email address, as I cannot see anything for them on the claim form. If there is no email address, does this need to go 1st class in the post?0

You only need to email your Defence to the CCBC, they will forward it to QDR.rdw_06 said:Hi, we are in the process of sending defence, to CCBACQ @ justice.gov.uk. Do you know if the document is sent as an attachment or has to typed up from scratch. I note in newbies thread, ref. Bargepoles post (updated 2016) list of things to do it mentions sending a copy in the post as it often comes out funny and hard for judge to read. Is this info. Still current are there more recent actions to follow?rdw_06 said:

Sorry, I think I am getting ahead of myself. I think they are referring to DQ form coming out funny when sending it. Correct me if I am wrong. At this point I am just trying to make a checklist of the next stages and things to do and look out for.rdw_06 said:
