Octopus Billing Problem - Cheap Overnight Rate

Just wondering if I am the only one with this problem. My Octopus bill for April has all been charged at the High Daytime Rate, there is not even a space on the bill for Night Rate. All previous bills were correct, but this is first one since the new rates at beginning of April. Perhaps Octopus did not correctly program the new rates, because although I sent meter reqdings on last day of April, they did not create a Bill until I reminded them a few days ago.

Chase them up about it, email works. I had a problem with octopus charging me 39p KW, for my export (instead of crediting me 7.5p kw) 2days later all sorted no drama +£25 for my trouble..massively impressednologoDeepest Kent. 4.6kW Growatt inverter, solar i boost+ 5.9kW Solar Edge
