Daligas Final Settlement invoice

Does anyone else have this problem?
Daligas (who were my gas provider went bust last year) have emailed me my final settlement invoice. It’s fine I only owe £37 and want to pay it.
BUT the account name, number and sort code they give on their invoice is incorrect. I have tried to pay out of two different banks I bank with and when entering the account details they both come up with the error that ACCOUNT NAME, ACCOUNT NUMBER AND SORT CODE DO NOT MATCH and will not let me proceed with payment.
The details they give on the invoice are DALIGAS LIMITED A/c 93334740 s/c 20-44-91
I have sent an email to contracts@daligas.co.uk (the address given on the accompanying email they sent) but no reply.
I have contacted Citizens Advice who told me to phone Shell ( the provider who took over from Daligas).Shell told me they could not help.
I have contacted the administrator for Daligas, BTG. They told me to try again the next day. I did, it still didn’t work.
I have no idea who else to contact who could help me. I just want to get my bill paid (which is due on 20 May 2022)
Daligas must have sent final settlement invoices to other customers too. Does anyone else have this problem and knows how to solve it?

Did the administrators confirm that the bill is valid and that the account details are correct?1

Never rely on the details given in an email requesting payment: it could be a scam.Ofgem state that the administrators are Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue, London N21 3NA.Send them a cheque for the agreed amount made payable to Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP. Write your name, address and 'Daligas A/C No. xxxxxx' on the back. You're not taking any risks because it's the bank's responsibility to made sure the cheque is paid to the correct organisation, and it's the administrators' responsibility to apply the funds to their Daligas account.Relax, job done !1
