Hoping for some advice on where I stand.
Over a year ago I bought a robotic lawn mower online from myrobotcentre.co.uk
Dispite the website address the site turned out to be based in Austria.
The mower I bought was meant to have a free garage included but this wasn't sent with the mower. I queried it at the time and was told there was a delay but it would be dispatched soon. It was during covid and there were shortages for a lot of things so I didn't think anything of it.
Since then I have repeatedly emailed for updates and every time I am told their supplier has had a delay but that it would be dispatched soon. Of course, it never arrives.
The garages are available on other sites for about £100 so it isn't like they aren't being made.
With the company being EU based, and with the purchase being so long ago, do I have anywhere to stand since the mower itself came?
