Certainly more than 5 anyway.BUTwhere all the connections are on the same flipping side!!!The 5 port I have is ideal ... except it's short in ports.Everything else I seem to be looking at has the ethernet connections on one side but the power on the opposite side. With where I'm going to be putting it that's just annoying.Do they exist? How about the 8 port version of the exact model you already have?
(Albeit I am not the OP looking for a new switch)
TP-Link tend to use the same model number for cosmetic updates, so the one you bought in 2014 might be the more traditional blocky rectangle rather than curvy modern looking one, but it'll be more or less the same device in a different plastic shell.

If it came up then I didn't spot it.Quite liking the square metallic ones though & with the little nibs on the underside of the one you linked to, I think the square metallic ones would go better with some 3M adhesive strips.0

Mercusys is a brand of TP-Link, unmanaged switches are totally generic so as long as you don't mind the hideous looks it'll be fine.Edit - turns out you can't say a 5 letter word that ends in ugly!0
