Ryanair Flight Change

I have a flight booked with Ryanair that I can no longer make, it states on their website that I can transfer this to another flight, I can't do this via the website as the flight was booked for four people and that only lets you change the whole flight not an individual booking, I've contacted them via email and even stated the flight I wish to change it to but am getting no reply whatsover, whats my next best course of action.

What is the exact term of the type of booking regarding flexibility?
Does it allow you to change the booking (which would be for four people) or just part of it? I would expect you can only change the entire booking of four people.0 -

It does say on the website that you can change an individual flight from a block booking via their online chat, I did that and they gave me a reservation number but no info on how to use it or what to do with it. The person on the online chat told me to do it via the website as they charge more (£65 as opposed to £45).0

Perhaps the person who did the booking has to do the cancellation.0
