Any solar friendly ovens?

I have a bog standard 2600w oven with manual dials.
I have the option of using the bottom element only which is around 1300w but it takes a very long time to preheat (20min+) and then struggles to maintain the temperature when frozen food is put in. I've tested the impedance of the element and it's within specification so there's nothing wrong there.
I'm looking a new ovens with more features such as preheating and eco modes but it seems like the ability to choose to run one element is removed, is this purely because an oven really needs to run on two?
How do the eco modes of ovens work? Are they able to preheat with both elements then maintain it with just the one?

I hate to ask but is your oven working correctly?A 1300W element should be able to heat 5kg of steel from 0C to 200C in about 7 minutes (preheating) and a 2kg block of ice (or a frozen chicken) from -20C to 100C in 21 minutes, roughly.(Note it's late and I'm tired so I resrve the right to edit these answers after I've slept on them!)N. An insulated pressure cooker could be a good solution for most things e.g. this one is 1kw.

As well as being low power it will be a lot more efficient. We have done a roast in our one and it worked well. Not so good for pizza though0 -
I bought a Tesco brand slow cooker for less than £20 and have found I can roast a ham joint in it very successfully. I have not tried cooking a chicken although a small one would fit. I do need to do some more experimenting with it for winter use. It is rated 150-180 watts.I believe there are warnings about not cooking frozen food or using it to defrost food.Northern Lincolnshire. 7.8 kWp system, (4.2 kw west facing panels , 3.6 kw east facing), Solis inverters, Solar IBoost water heater, Mitsubishi SRK35ZS-S and SRK20ZS-S Wall Mounted Inverter Heat Pumps, ex Nissan Leaf owner)0

I use my Ninja Foodi it is 1400w but it does cook things quicker needs no pre heating and I would guess it takes less power to keep at the temperature. Also it does pressure,Steam,Air fry,Slow cook etc... so you don't need a load of different gadgets .8kw system spread over 6 roofs , surrounded by trees and in a valley.0
