Yes, you should instruct the DPO of UK CPM to erase your old data and replace it with your current address for service. Include proof of non-photo ID.

  • Okay, I have send the SAR request. Regarding Gladstones, they request to fill out a reply form/register with on their website. To appeal their LBC, should I sent it in the post, register on the website? Their reply form actually insists on financial statements & basically just goes over how the debt will be paid back.

You can register on their website to respond.

Just make sure you don't supply a real 'phone number. You might also want to set up a throwaway email address such as gmail so your personal or family account doesn't get filled up with threatogrammes.

  • Thank You, I have done everything recommended, sending the SAR & change of address to UK CPM. I have addressed the LBC to Gladstones and will be sending out the postal letter to the landowner today.
I will keep this thread updated as it continues. Thank You!

Have you also sent a Data Rectification Notice to the DPO of the parking company advising them of your address for service and requiring them to ERASE your old data and to inform all and any of their agents and sub-contractors of same?

Hi, sorry to butt in, but I have an LBC from Gladstones. I am a resident in a block of flats and my permit slipped off the dash.

I have registered on their site, sent a SAR to PCM UK. How do i respond on their website, am I sending a defence at this stage disputing the debt, using one of the legal templates?

Confused as to what to do next.

You need to read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES at the top of the forum, then start your own thread if you need further help.

No, but I have just forwarded them to do this attached to my original SAR email based on this advice. Will keep updated. Is there anything else I might have missed. In my SAR, I did indicate the address change as well with my new address and the old address, but have send the Data Rectification Notice as well.
