Why would ANY beach tourist attraction agree a contract with (IMHO) the truly appalling Alliance Parking, infamous on this forum for point blank refusing registered keepers' rights to appeal?
Not a single keeper who gets a postal PCN can appeal at all, and the IPC's response was to agree with Alliance. Hardly surprising, given he's one of the IPC 'people' on some sort of board on their website.
All I can say is "come the glorious day"...we expect certain rogue PPCs will be the first to fall foul of the new Govt Code of Practice and Scrutiny Board.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've been caught out by this one this week. It seems my vehicle has overstayed by 17 minutes but it looks as though they don't accept appeals. I'm wondering if a complaint to the landowner is any use, and if the landlowner is the council.

1) It is not good to hi-jack a thread.
2) It is even less good to hi-jack one that is over two years old.
3) If you read the NEWBIE sticky that everyone is advised to read before posting, you will see that Plan A is best - complaint to landowner.1
