Would these people request me to transfer to their account details or set up a s/o or phone to make a make a payment for an outstanding Igloo amount please? Amount matches a statement from igloo but thought I had cleared with eon. Apparently not. Just checking not a scam before I pay please as don’t want black mark next to my name? Thank you.

If you are sure you have cleared any outstanding balance via Eon (check your bank statements), write to BSB informing them that payment has been made.Do be aware that BSB appear to have had a security breach and information has landed up in the hands of scammers - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6322778/solarplicity-debt-collection-scam/p8 - In light of that, it is prudent to take steps to make sure any letter you receive is not a scam.Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
