The picture below of a UKPC sign was taken 14/03/2019.
The same month/year as your ticket.
There is good reason to believe it will be the same sign

They may well have changed signs and content since but that is irrelevant. UKPC have passed the buck to QDR so it will be up to QDR to present the signs in court at the time of the ticket.
As pictures contain meta-data if QDR presented the wrong pictures that surely would be contempt of court .... the pictures of signs must be and can only be those present at the time

UKPC again have passed the buck to QDR to prove that ANPR is  correct but as you say, UKPC say they do not retain such information leaving QDR with no proof.

IMO, QDR should drop this claim like a hot brick and drop all claims by UKPC before the head honcho being Wright Hassall, a family solicitor, has the SRA breathing on them

Here's the claim form in question
How stupid to issue a claim that says .. "Plus additional contract charges" without stating the amount.  If they believe that, then they don't understand that it is an unfair contract.

You as a consumer are protected against unfair contracts and the UKPC signs in 2019 give no indication of how much such a charge would be, even if there was one

This is dreamworld stuff by QDR and they even signed a statement of truth ????  .... UNREAL

I think the real telling extra part to that sentence is ' ...... incured (sic, they can't even spell) by the claimant". Oh no they haven't incured incurred any additional costs. That needs exposing in the Defence, asking for receipted invoice(s) detailing the charge, from whom, for what and for how much!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
