Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated - Notice Of Enforcement From Marston Recovery- Penalty Charge

Hi Everyone, i am not an expert here, and I am wondering if anyone can direct me on what are best next steps to take?
Today i returned home from work and I have received a letter from Marston Recovers with 3 fines inclosed that states
Notice of Enforcement - Penalty charge - all date 2021
£279.00 each x3 fines
This is all I know.
Can someone tell me steps I need to take to fight this and if it is even possible it?

From Step 1 please.

Thank you so much.

Is this anything to do with Civil Enforcement Limited?

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there but please note that a Hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:

Have a read through some of the other threads there before you post your own, to get the hang of what information they need from you in your opening post - but as a minimum you will need to post redacted photos/scans of all correspondence you've received from the council (both sides, if appropriate), as they need to see all the small print.

In addition, as Marstons are attempting to enforce this, you might find contact with 'Bailiff Advice Online'helpful. Sheila, who provides this service, has an extremely good reputation for assisting people with bailiff issues.

Calls and the email enquiry service are free.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
