Soolin, do you have a partner of friend with a paypal account?? As last time i needed to refund someone (when i had no money in paypal) I just sent the money to my paypal from my husbands paypal account, and then refunded the buyer... then I just sent the money back to my husband via my paypal (debit card)

does that make sense?? lol if it does... it is a good idea, as it worked for me! :o

That's alright if who you are dealing with is genuine, if not they could end up getting the money twice.

Yes i don't quite understand that either...?

What I meant RFW is basically, the quick way to get funds into your paypal account is to transfere some from a partners or close friends paypal account... That way you have instant funds.. therefore you would be ready to refund your buyer. Then you can pay your partner/friend back with either cash in hand or via paypal... which ever they prefer :o

OK,. she's escalated it to a full chargeback now.

I don't have time to sort out inter paypal transfers with work mates as I've finished work for the holidays so she'll have to wait until I get back unless my sister has funds she can transfer to me tomorrow early.

    Bother this woman..

    More argghhh

I can't even respond to her rather tetchy complaint about having waited 'weeks' for the item (it hasn't even been 2 weeks since she paid and item sent) she also claims to be buying and selling every day as can be seen from her feedback (which is 2 on a suspended account) so heaven knows what she is playing at.

I am more inclined now to think she is scamming, although it seems very pointless for such a small sum and I'd already told her I would refund anyway.

So cross about this, it wasn't as though I had even refused her a refund.

Anyway, I have tried again to issue the refund but this time through the dispute console and this time it let it go through, but I think it goes uncleared as I have no available funds so I have the small amount of satisfaction in knowing she can't get it for 9 days.
