I still have no update or court date.
There was a mediation call to which I told them I was not willing to pay a penny. The mediator urged me not to use "Internet forums" to fight this as I would lose (does not seem very neutral...).
After this I got a letter of notice of transfer of proceedings February this year. Since then I have not seen anything3 -
Must be log jammed at your local civil court, the one you nominated, so as long as you haven't moved, let it lie1

I was going to say the same ... and I had already said out loud "Wow!" when I read that lie. You must complain to the SCMS. They cannot be telling people that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah you are right, mediators should be neutral. Ill definitely submit a complain about it3
