Blue Badge Cost

In Wales the badge is free. In England its usually £10.00, but here in Scotland it's £20.00. My mother has been virtually house bound for he last few years due to lockdown so hasn't been able to use it and now as things start to return to normal her badge is up for renewal. I enquired at our local council dept but they couldn't tell me anything other than that they had a huge backlog. It may be a small sum but its yet another expense.

But, it is an expense that potentially saves a lot of money in parking fees over the life of a badge...
