Has anyone had a problem with redeeming points on yougov. I have tried and tried but all I get is "we'll be in touch", this is the second time this has happened!

As it says at the top of this section it is for

"Launched a survey or questionnaire you'd like MoneySavers' help with? Post it here."

discussion on survey sites is more the "boost you income" section and a couple of threads on yougov are there

I have been trying to cash in my points for almost 2 weeks. I keep getting the “oops” error message. I have raised 3 tickets and they haven’t been in touch for any of them. I’ve earned that £50 and I’d really like to have it.

If you use social media, it might help by messaging on their Facebook page.

Although it takes a while to reach £50 to enable you to redeem rewards, I've never had any issues.

I had this earlier this year. Redeemed my points and got the confirmation but nothing more. I followed it up four times before using this link I found on another post here

Got a response the next day and paid out in a week via a bank transfer. They did say that they were having issues with their payment partner. Annoying that they never responded to my other four enquiries.

YouGov surveys have paid me out once then since then although I get the surveys come through I cannot acess my account to see what I have earned ever since ??

When you complete the survey does it not take you to a screen to show how you have earned and how much is left before you get to 50 points (£50)?

I have been with Yougov for a few year and reached the 5000 points a few time, never had a problem getting the cash. Try deleting cookies and browsing history that might fix any problems
