YouGov not letting me redeem my points

I can see there were problems by others posted on here last year. I've had 2 or 3 £50 redemptions in the past from YouGov but this time after 3 weeks of trying and several emails and phone calls to the head office in London I still can'tredeem my points.
I get an 'oops' error on the app. On the website, even when everything is highlighted correctly, it just goes back to the completed form showing on the screen and it won't submit.
On the phone they say there's no way of speaking to anybody about the panel. Nobody ever replies to the emails or contact forms. It's taken about 2 years to get this £50 and I wonder if anybody's got a current solution please? Thanks

I had the same issue, I followed your advice, and received an email back from YouGov within 48 hours.

They are making a BACS payment to me, and stated that their payment partner was having issues which was affecting payments to peoples bank accounts, they were looking to find a solution to this problem.
