YouGov not letting me redeem my points

I can see there were problems by others posted on here last year. I've had 2 or 3 £50 redemptions in the past from YouGov but this time after 3 weeks of trying and several emails and phone calls to the head office in London I still can'tredeem my points.
I get an 'oops' error on the app. On the website, even when everything is highlighted correctly, it just goes back to the completed form showing on the screen and it won't submit.
On the phone they say there's no way of speaking to anybody about the panel. Nobody ever replies to the emails or contact forms. It's taken about 2 years to get this £50 and I wonder if anybody's got a current solution please? Thanks

If anybody is having an issue with this, I've eventually found a solution. If you email
codeline@mrs.org.uk (the standards arm of the market research Society), will contact you ghost about the issue do are you and this worked for me ME4 stop I got a quick reply from you got an apology and a promise of £50 into my bank account within two weeks. I'll come back on here once I get it to be sure it worked. It took about 3 months, many phone calls and emails and I'm absolutely done with YouGov! They never said why the issue occurred.0 -

They are making a BACS payment to me, and stated that their payment partner was having issues which was affecting payments to peoples bank accounts, they were looking to find a solution to this problem.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
