Car Lease cancellation
End of March I contacted a leasing company and was informed that the car I was looking for was available with them. I was told they had one on order arriving next week and I could have it by mid-April. I agreed - paid a deposit and they sent me a contract to sign. which I did and returned to them. Mid-April came and went no car... Since then every time I contact them it's a case of another few days and excuses are always different. I told them I want to cancel the car and they have come back saying as well as losing my deposit I have to pay admin fees totalling over 1000 pounds. Is that correct? any help/advice offered is greatly appreciated.
