When does new supplier get my credit from old one?

The new supplier is getting exactly nothing from the old suppliers, there is no money to be forwarded.
The new supplier will still honour your credit, but it is all of us who are paying for this through the higher standing charge for electricity.
What the new supplier needs is a final bill showing the credit submitted by the administrators of the old supplier, a bill you received yourself does not help here.
Your situation will be especially complicated as two busted suppliers are involved. Every day somebody reports here that they have finally received their credit, so the process is still ongoing, but nobody will be able to tell you when it is your turn..

Do you mean Avro? Which supplier was the credit with, Avro or Green?Tosca435 said:Sadly I was in the middle of switching to arrow from green when both went bankrupt. I had a credit balance of approx £100 which has still not been given to my new supplier Octopus. Does anyone know how long this will take?Your credit from Avro will come from Octopus, but if you had any credit with Green (an up-front payment, for example) you should get that from Shell.Who is your supplier now?
