Motorcycle enthusiast? Video where a guy is casting his own engine, carbon fibre?

Any motorcycle enthusiasts around?   Some years back I watched a video where some guy was trying to beat the big guys and
built his own bike and even built his own engine from what I think was carbon fibre.

I remember he was working in a small workshop and dunked the engine in a 55 gallon drum of water to cool it
but the water boiled away too fast and left a lot of the engine exposed to the air not submerged.  Video mentioned
that uneven cooling could distort the engine.

Anyone have any ideas who that may have been and know of the video?

Thanks.

I've not seen that, but I doubt it was carbon fibre, engine blocks are still cast from metal, engine covers & manifolds can be made in carbon fibre though.

One man who makes his own engines and motorcycles is Allen Millyard, but he makes them by machining & adapting existing parts https://www.youtube.com/c/AllenMillyard/videos He appears on TV occasionally

Old age and a fading memory.   It was a video on John Britten.  :)

Found a clip of the video on Youtube,  seems the incident I vaguely remembered was him heat treating a crankcase where he dropped it
into a 55 gallon drum but the water level was too low to cover the piece. Had to rush to his pool for more water.  In the clip he mentioned
a spool of carbon fibre stating he had built 3 bikes from it so far and still had some left.   Probably where I got confused.

    Thanks.
