Land registry

We are looking to buy a property, it was sold and registered in November but apparently says sold again in February but there is nothing regarding the Feb sale on HM land registry to say it has been sold/updated again. Is there any way this will impact our purchase if it hasn’t been updated? Or is there any way we can check if it in the process of being updated?
Thanks IA

What "says" it's been sold in February if not the Land Registry?0

Land Registry is taking a long time to update sales, so quite possible. If the new owner (from Feb) now wants to sella) they can apply to LR to expedite the Feb registration to facilitate the sale to you butb) be aware few mortgage lenders will lend to you until 6 months from Feb.1
