UKCPS is the Parking Firm. They haven't issued any court claims for two or three years, so I'd park that as a possibility, which should help get your position on how to tackle this into better perspective. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

yorkyuk ...... you clearly have been misled wherever you read this
At least you are now here, the scam parking industry hate this forum, because we scupper the parking companies, the idiotic debt collectors and those very dodgy legals
who add a fake amount and are stupid enough to sign a statement of truth ?
We see all the stupidy here and show you how to zap scammers

Yep UKCPS haven't sued anyone in years.
You can safely collect their letters and come back here if ever they try a small claim within the 6 years that any contractual 'debt' claims can be brought in England.
NB: Whilst you can ignore the letters, you must glance over them to make sure they are not a Letter of Claim, or a N1 court claim (easy to defend but can't be ignored). If you move house you MUST tell them to erase your old address though, because you cannot safely leave an ex-clamper thug firm with a wrong address in case they get a CCJ without you knowing until it's too late to defend.
We know the sums are capped in small claims because we do this every day. I've appeared in court hearings for people and never lost one, and on this forum our win rate is around 99% since 2016. Those who lost just paid within 30 days of judgment and there's no CCJ and it's only £200-ish (including the £100 PCN). Very rare but that's all it is.
Don't watch rubbish from Eamon Holmes and similar uninformed daytime TV.
Apart from appearing in court for people I was also on the Govt Steering Group, shaping the new regulatory Code of Practice that is coming in by 2023. We know what we are talking about on this board. Fellow regular poster bargepole and I were even on this TV show:

Hi All,
So if I don't hear back from the Landowner/Retail Management Team, to who I complained about the PCN asking them to cancel the PCN, is the next stage to appeal using the appeals process in the PCN letter from the parking firm online, using the template letter from the Postal PCN from a BPA or IPC member section? It says I can add a little to the template, what would you advise I add extra, is this evidence that there was no signage in the area or adjacent to the area and that any sign while driving in was not readable and provide photo evidence of this?Or do I leave all this out until a later stage of appeal or if it was to go to a small claims court? Thanks in advance.

No point adding anything, as you are only going through the motions then you will be cheerfully ignoring it, as advised above (unless you get a court claim or move house).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Could you tell other newbies the name of the site and who to contact to cancel these? That really helps!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
