Neighbours wall has been tampered with by tenant and has collapsed both ends ITS DANGEROUS

    Nope, sorry, I'm baffled.
    Feb 2008, 20year lifetime tracker with "Sproggit and Sylvester"... 0.14% + base for 2 years, then 0.99% + base for life of mortgage...base was 5.5% in 2008...but not for long. Credit to my mortgage broker

    I don't understand why the OP is so concerned that the tenants child could be harmed by the landlord's wall collapsing. Or is it really his wall and his responsibility.

    Landlord could remove the wall altogether unless there is some legal restriction to have a wall.

    OP, if the wall belongs to the neighbour then write to them (the landlorf) Don't waffle on ablout wisteria or danfpits, just say that;

    - The wall is their property and responsibility
    - it is in a poor state of repai and parts have fallen
    - you belive that it is dangerous and risks causing (further) damage to their and/or your property 
    - you are reuqesting that the arrange to make it sagfe asap

    Whether the tenant has tampered with it is not your problem or business.

    If the wall doesn't belowng to them (I assume that you have double checked your own deeds) then you may need to arrangeto repair it in which case you may need to write to the lanflord to get permission to access their  kand to carry out the repairs, if they can;t be done from your side.
