Wowcher gave me a credit for an unused voucher (issues with the company). I have tried to use my credit 4 months later and its been cancelled. Is this legal?

Wowcher site says credit is valid for 3 months.

It's legal if those are the terms of the credit and you were made aware of them, yes.

Wowcher are an awful company -they cancelled my hotel deal with only 48 hours notice and expected me to book a new deal at the same price but worse offer. No phone contact and  only operate a useless robot "live" chat. So no way of complaining in anything like a timely manner to a real human,

With separate parking already booked and dwindling hotel accommodation available at such short notice, I had no choice but to take the worse offer for the same place
I will NEVER  use them agaim !!

If that's anything like the often-heard "Ryanair Vow" you will, just as soon as the price is attractive enough.  It's how these firms are successful.

Why would Wowcher cancel a deal? Surely that is down to the Hotel.
Wowcher just sell vouchers that offer a discount, as provided by the retailer.
