Struggling with the VeriFLY app. - SORTED NOW

Travelling as a family to New York later this month but cannot set up details on the VeriFLY app.  We are on connecting Aer Lingus flights flights BHX - DUB - JFK but the trip was booked with BA.  If I put my BA reference in the app says the trip does not need VeriFLY (assume it's only picking up the UK - Ire flight) but if I try to put the DUB - JFK flight details in (using the Aer Lingus flight number) it then doesn't recognise my BA reference number.  I assume this booking has a separate Aer Lingus booking number but how would I locate that.  Has anyone else had this issue? - Managed to get through to BA and they gave me the correct booking number
