Hi all, thanks again for all your help, couldn't have done it without you, appreciate the battle isn't over yet and only the start, we've (my wife's email) sent the defence yesterday and got the acknowledgement email, now waiting for the questionnaire form.
Is it worth sending a SAR to the parking management since we have no clue what we are being penalised for?0 -
Of course it is worth it.jean232 said:Hi all, thanks again for all your help, couldn't have done it without you, appreciate the battle isn't over yet and only the start, we've (my wife's email) sent the defence yesterday and got the acknowledgement email, now waiting for the questionnaire form.

About ten minutes work and who knows what you might discover.3 -
Hi all,
Just an update that we have received copy of the claimant's questionnaire form N149A, dated the 14th of June.
We haven't received ours from the court to complete, should we be filing this ourselves or wait for our copy?
The claimant is offering to mediate which we wouldn't want to agree to.0 -
When you were compiling your defence, you were pointed to the NEWBIE sticky and from there to the defence template. The defence template thread had a 12-point list that you should be following and the NEWBIE sticky had link called Know What Happens and When. Either will give you all the info about DQ and mediation.1

Correct, read it before and again now and I can see where it states "Some days/weeks after filing your defence, the CCBC will send you a DQ N180 form, that must be completed & returned to the claimant and the court", only asking as it's been few weeks and haven't received any from court but a copy from their solicitor, made me wonder if we should have both received the form at the same time and if ours is lost.0

Does your MCOL Claim History indicate that a Directions Questionnaire has been sent to you?
If not, consider the following...The CCBC sent you a letter, or will send you a letter, saying the Claimant has twenty eight days to consider your Defence. What you don't know is when the CCBC sent a copy of your Defence to the Claimant. It follows from that that it is not known when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC.Further, we don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a Directions Questionnaire as promptly as you might like. Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?3
