in Credit cards
Hi,
I've had a Tesco Credit Card and pay the balance each month. Over the last few weeks some of my online purchases have been declined even tho they are nowhere near my credit limit. When I've complained Tesco blame the retailers for not getting on board with the recent security changes (SCA I think) and to contact the retailers but the retailers blame Tesco. This is also happening to a couple of other people I know with Tesco Credit Cards. Has anyone on the forum experienced this and found a solution? I could just take my business elsewhere but do like collecting the Clubcard points as I've had some really good rewards.
Would appreciate some help please?

I had an issue trying to pay tesco online a while back and ended up ringing my bank NATWEST to ask why my payment was continually being declined, they couldn’t see anything wrong and said tesco where at fault. Tesco said not a problem there end...the next day I tried again and payment went through - tesco at fault.
not quite the same but I’m suspect tesco at fault again as isn't their first rodeo. If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
