FurnitureVillage - Sofa delivery - MIssing headrest

I received my sofa delivery two weeks ago with a missing headrest and the delivery team took photo and said to me will report back to their office. I emailed the customer service with the picture and explained the difficulty that i am having with the part missing sofa (12 weeks waiting) and also i need to take another day off to receive the missing parts. No reply so far from the CS. I have contacted the FV delivery team and they took my details and offered a call back in two days which i haven't received. I contacted my FV shop that I placed the order and they said they will contatct the warehouse and will look for the missing part and received a phone call yesterday saying they found it and will deliver next week . What are my rights on this situation? Thanks in advance
