My PPI claims firm have been back in touch. Is this a scam?

I thought once a complaint was upheld and paid out, that that was the end of the matter?
Should I get back in touch with them? (Or rather, with Capital One.)

There's no further payout to be had.
Plevin only applies to rejected complaints.

That's what I thought. So it's weird they've been back in touch.
I have to admit, I'm tempted to find out what they think they've uncovered...0 -
Don't be tempted. They're looking to see if you put your hand up to join their new suckers list.
They know that people who use claims companies are easy targets, so keep your head down.1 -
If your complaint was successful previously, you get 100% of the payments. So, there is nothing further. If your complaint failed previously but was assessed under plevin, then you would have got the excess commission over 50%. In that case, they will try the courts to get the other 50%.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
