Could anyone advise me on the difference between a wayleave and a deed of easement? I bought a property with a wayleave all ready in place from UK Power for which they pay me roughly £30 p.a.
Through a company that has negotiated a deed of easement with them they are offering me substantial compensation.
Am I taking any greater risk than I all ready have with the wayleave by accepting this offer?
