I was surprised at the weight of the appliance.

Just had wee nosy at specs and N class has a temperature range of 16 to 32 degrees.
Could you please explain a bit more? Surprised in a good sense or bad?
Just that I had not realised that this type of appliance was so heavy, will not be one person lift to get into place.

The temperature range might mean it is not suitable for a cold draughty property but should be fine in a well insulated warm property.

OP, excuse me for asking, but you don't seem totally familiar with the UK mains electrics. Are you happy to replace the plug and do it to a good standard so its safe and reliable? If in doubt, get someone competent to do it.

Sometimes when a fridge has been stored for awhile it can be a bit fusty inside, if this is the case I find getting a lemon or a lime and slicing it up and putting on several saucers inside fridge can help clear the air.
