Does UC pay standard allowance & LCWRA?

Hi,
I’m a bit confused does UC pay the standard allowance £334 (adult over 25) plus the disability element on top of that £354? So a total of £689

So that means UC pay you more than ESA? Because on my daughters, UC deduct everything ESA pays her off her standard allowance?
Or have I got this all wrong ?

If she's in the Support Group for ESA then her UC should include the LCWRA element. The ESA is always deducted in full from any UC entitlement.

She’s on UC just for standard allowance over 25. And ESA support group so she gets £468 a month and nothing on UC as it’s deducted. But if she had them both through UC and not ESA, she would get both standard allowance and disability element and would get £680 is that correct?poppy12345 said:If she's in the Support Group for ESA then her UC should include the LCWRA element. When did she claim UC? There's a full 3 month waiting period before the LCWRA is paid and then it's paid from the 4th month of your claim.

Further to this, when did she claim ESA?poppy12345 said:When did she claim UC? There's a full 3 month waiting period before the LCWRA is paid and then it's paid from the 4th month of your claim.0 -
She started claiming UC in March 2020 but she was never given the assessment forms or assessment at all.poppy12345 said:When did she claim UC? There's a full 3 month waiting period before the LCWRA is paid and then it's paid from the 4th month of your claim.0 -

That means that she must have only just started receiving the extra money for the Support Group. In most cases this doesn’t start until the 14th week of your claim.sharon1214 said:

When did she report her health condition for UC? And did she send in fit notes for the whole time without any gaps?sharon1214 said:

poppy's questions there ^^ are crucial to working this out. (Did she ever chase up UC?)
Going forward, as she is now in the Support Group, she should get the LCWRA element:
{No 3-month wait} where1 the claimant
1. is entitled to ESA including the support component

… but I'm not entirely sure from when.
Using the general UC principle of 'circumstances on the last day of the assessment period' it would make sense for LCWRA to be included for the first payment after becoming entitled to the Support Group component. Unless it has to be the first full AP after becoming entitled, in line with the relevant period wait after reporting a health condition? I really don't know.
