Conscious that this is drifting further off topic but what was Ofcom's role in that NHS project?  I knew that nobody came out of it covered in glory but wasn't aware that much, if any, of the blame was attributed to Ofcom....

No link other than Quangos and how they tend to be a bottomless pit of unaccountability who do the least possible to justify their existence.
