Another Vestaire query

I purchased a top from Vestaire that stated "never worn" but obviously has been. The buyer comes from London. I've put a claim in that "item is not as described" but I've read that I can't return goods (seems bonkers as they could have sent me anything!) but I can relist (which I won't be able to do as the item has been worn). I paid for this item with credit card - if Vestaire won't let me return the item and refund me can I claim the money back through my credit card. I just want to send this item back and get my money back .... and yes it was more than £100. Many thanks for any advice.

    Was the seller a private or professional seller? The no return for change of mind only applies to private sellers.

    You need to await the outcome of their review of your claims that the item is not as described. Assuming it was sent direct from the seller then if they uphold your case they'll tell you to send it back to the seller and then the website refunds you as per 11(3)(ii) of https://www.vestiairecollective.com/documents/cgu-buy-en.pdf
