hi Guys,

I hope you can assist me on what to do next.

Parked in a place which asks a flat, 3£ fee for full day parking. As the place I parked Ts&Cs state. I also called them and they have confirmed that I can come and go many times as long as I paid for the full day.

I paid there with my bank card, and stayed there for couple of hrs. Then I left the car park for ~20 minutes and returned back and stayed for another couple of hours.

Today I have received the PCN from PWE stating " Non Payment of Parking" with the charge of £60 and reduced to £35 if paid within 14 days).

I have submitted an appeal online and via email (to which I haven't received any confirmation that they have even received it..) and attached the screenshot/bank statement which shows the payment.

on the PCN they state that "they do not know the name of the driver and current address.. but probably know now that parking was actually paid...

what would be my next steps? should I just wait now, or anything else?

P.S. PCN arrived on 12th of May (issued on 6th of May). While the non-existing "offence" occurred on the 24th of April. Does this mean that NTK sent too late?

UPD - now PCN is cancelled as I actually paid. yay

Have you read the hewbies?  Have you complained to the landowner?  Have you read similar threads?  Have you complained to your MP?/y

    well, yeah.
    1) Have you read the hewbies? Yes. I did. there's too much of Information there to be fair in order to find the specific help, but anyway.
    2) have I complained to landowner? Yes - and they said to reach out PWE, as "they are very friendly and helpful". I have sent them (PWE) 2 emails + appeal online, all including evidence of payment, to all of which I haven't received any acknowledgement that they even received it.
    3) Have you read similar threads? cannot find one, with PWE and actually paid parking fee. do you have? All other PWE threads search finds are old, like from 2016 or so.
    4) Have you complained to your MP? Is this the very right time to complain to MP at this stage?!

Yay, well done!  Especially given you called them to check you could come and go as long as you'd paid for the full day.  Nicely done all round.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
