    That's a good idea, I will do that thank you. I confirmed with them that the payment was successful but didn't think to ask for this.

    If EDFcontinue to hassle you and are not accepting your proof of payment or any proof from your bank, just raise a Formal Complaint.

    I would be tempted to raise a format complaint anyway - point out that the earlier "failure to respond" was because *they* were using the wrong address and suggest they should wind their necks in a bit.
