whats the best euro account?

I'd like to open a Euro account for general holiday spending and also to make most of good rate at the moment. I'd like a debit card as well so I can use when abroad. I won't have more than 3000 Euros to put in though. The ones I have seen so far charge a monthly or annual fee and have minimum deposit amounts? Does anyone know any that would be suitable?
Thanks

Otherwise there is no need to have euro account. The best account for holiday spending is Nationwide flexaccount.

Why don't you just stick with a Nationwide Flexaccount?"An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind" - Mahatma Gandhi0
