Parking Eye Cancelled Parking Ticket

I got2 parking tickets from Parking Eye for parking while unloading furniture at a block of flats . Concierge said I was safe to park while unloading. I made 2 trips to the flats in March 2020.
Following advice on here, I tracked down the owners of the car park, explained what had happened and they very kindly arranged to have the tickets cancelled. I have 2 letters from Parking Eye confirming the tickets have been cancelled, both dated 1st April 2022.
I have now received 2 letters from QDR Solicitors advising that they have been instructed by ZZPS Ltd who are acting on behalf of ParkingEye LTD.
Should I just email QDR copies of the 2 letters from ParkingEye confirming the tickets have been cancelled and should I copy in ZZPS and Parking Eye?
Grateful for any advice

Why not have a bit of fun with QDR? They waste enough people's time. What goes around, comes around.
If you fancy the wild goose chase, get them to send you all the images and to explain why they added the fake £70 that the Govt has banned and declared 'extortion'. You could also phone them and ask them why you should pay, and what is their connection to ZZPS, who are a third party and not the creditor?
Have some fun, don't declare the cancellations till the end and record the call if you want to help the grater good.
We are after clued up people recording the DRAs and roboclaim firms on the phone and how aggressive they are.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sounds like PE have stuffed up, here.
For a start, then tend not to engage debt collectors and (fake) solicitors if they know they can't pursue the case to court. Otherwise they do all the chasing themsleves.
But then they should not have provided ZZPS or QDR your details, as they had no cause to do so. Possible GDPR breach?1 -
Yep, the OP could mention that right at the end, if they fancy doing a phone conversation playing the clueless victim, to record the aggressive rubbish for evidence for the Government (which is what I am collecting).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Parking ticket Advice - I cant seem to find a button to start a new thread
Please help - I received a parking ticket from parking eye. I arrived in the parking at 8pm and the parking machines were not working checked for alternative ways for paking and there was none other than paying through the phone or paybyphone app. I did not have my bank card and my mobile was suspended went to the restaurant nearby and got connected to their wifi and by the time I downloaded the app etc it was 840pm. I paid for 2hours and left the care park at 1040pm. I have the invoice for payment on the app. I have the photos of the machine showing it was out of order. There were no signs to say do not park if you have not found alternative ways of paying.
Please help, do I have a reason to appeal or just pay the £60 increasing to £100 on the 2/8/220 -

What happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP? That is always Plan A. Please tell us the answer on your own thread after you have read the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
