The lat communication I have from HMRC is a current year Notice of Coding (which is wrong) it contains absolutely NO correspondence address.. Useless!

Useless!If you didn't have an internet presence and communicated only by post it would be a valid gripe, but as you do then it's only a matter of seconds to google 'contact HMRC' and get a whole raft of options for contacting them, including by post

Also if you set up your Personal Tax Account, you can update your tax codes online or via the HMRC app0
