    Yes.  Much better but go further and state that the Claimant has shown misleading photos because the version of sign they've supplied simply was not there.

    You can ask!  Don't forget to suggest this is wholly unreasonable conduct and you should be granted your full wasted costs on the indemnity basis.

    7.      This mention of paying for parking is misleading to visitors of to the Mental Hospital,. As as there are no pay stations located anywhere in the car park.
    Slight adjustment above (if it is not too late to change).

    Coupon-mad i called them and they said to send it through their enquiries email. so i did that hopefully they see it.

    my remote court hearing is in 14 days and on the court letter it says to email them the witness statement before that time.
