Transfer from SSE to ovo

I am a worried pensioner  who was with SSE. Since January I have not had any bills and my direct debit has stopped . I have a credit in my gas bill and a credit in my electricity bill. Managed to speak to someone in OVO who confirmed they were my provider and could only say they are having transfer problems . So worried I am going to be presented with huge bills . I have a smart meter so cannot understand why no bills !!

Go online and log on to your online SSE account. You will be presented with a message that OVO are now your supplier and asked to make a new OVO online account (email / password).
 
Do this and you will be able to log onto your OVO account and see what's what.
